Programme Overview

Description

This programme is designed to develop the hospitality knowledge, customer-service abilities, professional conduct and practical skills required to work effectively in hotel reception and other front-office environments.

Students receive hands-on training in reception services while studying hospitality and tourism, business etiquette, computer literacy and employability skills. The programme also includes practical reception training and a 120-hour specialised hospitality rotation, providing valuable experience in a professional workplace.
