Programme Overview

Description

This programme is designed to develop the hospitality knowledge, professional conduct, safety awareness and practical skills required to begin a career in basic spa services.

Students will receive hands-on training in Swedish massage, pedicure and manicure services while also studying hospitality and tourism, spa services, business etiquette, computer literacy and employability skills. The programme includes a 120-hour specialised hospitality rotation, allowing students to gain practical workplace experience.

Progression to an Associate Degree

Successful completion of the diploma provides students with eligibility to progress to an Associate Degree programme. Students seeking to matriculate into an Associate Degree programme must first enrol as Pre-College students and complete one of the following options for each subject: MAT 002 – Numeracy Skills II or MAT 99 ENG 002 – Vocational English II or ENG 99
