Introduction to Bread Making

This course introduces participants to the art and science of bread making. Students will learn the fundamentals of mixing, kneading, proofing, shaping, and baking a variety of breads. Emphasis is placed on ingredient functions, fermentation, and proper techniques to achieve consistent results. Through hands-on practice, participants will gain the confidence to create everything from simple loaves to enriched and specialty breads.
