Daily Reminders

  • Tutorial: 7:50 – 8:25 am → Be on time.
  • Uniform: Must be worn daily; if not, parents must email.
  • Classes: Attend all sessions on time and remain until 2:30 pm.
  • Absence/Late: Parents must email instructors & DE Manager early if absent/late.
  • Afternoon Absence: Leaving before 2:30 pm without permission = unauthorized absence.
  • Phones: Cell phones & earbuds prohibited in tutorials & classes. Keep them silent and in your bag.
  • Non-Contact Time: Use for labs, tutoring, or instructor meetings.
  • Meals:
    • Breakfast: 7–9 am
    • Snack: 10–11 am
    • Lunch: 11 am–2 pm
      Respect canteen staff at all times.
  • Buses: CIFEC bus departs at 2:35 pm. Parent pick-up at 2:40 pm unless you have a pass.
