BSc in Social Sciences: Human Resource Management & Public Service Management

The Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences: Human Resource Management & Public Service Management at UCCI prepares students to effectively manage people, organizations, and public institutions. This interdisciplinary programme combines human resource management principles with public service and administrative practices, equipping students with skills in leadership, employment law, organizational policy, workforce planning, and public sector management. Students gain a strong understanding of how organizations operate within social and governmental frameworks. Graduates are well prepared for careers in human resources, public administration, government services, and organizational management, or for further academic study in management, public policy, or related fields.
