This programme has been designed in conjunction with the Cayman Islands Contractors Association to create a young technician entry-level workforce that can make progression to licensed status and beyond, through work experience and continued study. Safety and adherence to the recognised Codes of Practice are keys throughout. The course is suitable for persons with no previous knowledge or experience of the technologies concerned. Students will acquire a range of technical, practical, personal, and organisational skills that are of value within and beyond the workplace. Graduates are eligible to enter the Associate Degree in Engineering Technology programme at UCCI.
